During the free beta
There are no payments during the free beta. PrepMango is free to use. We do not sell credits, passes or subscriptions, so there is nothing to refund. The apps have no in-app purchases and the website takes no payment.
If you see a charge that you think is from PrepMango, tell us at contact@prepmango.com and we will look into it.
If paid plans come later
If we add paid plans, we will:
- tell you in the app and by email before anything is charged,
- show the full price and what you get,
- publish the refund rules here, with the date they start.
